Introduction of the EB-5 Regional Center Program Advisory Committee Authorization Act

Invest in the USA (IIUSA) has announced the introduction of bipartisan bill H.R. 7220, the EB-5 Regional Center Program Advisory Committee Authorization Act, sponsored by Representatives Greg Stanton (D-AZ), Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), Lance Gooden (R-TX), and Dwight Evans (D-PA). The new bill creates an advisory committee within the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to develop recommendations for improvements to the EB-5 Regional Center Program.   American Life is a strong supporter of the new bill.  USCIS must effectively manage the EB-5 Regional Center program, with reasonable processing time and expectations, to assure the program meets the Congressional intent and job creation objectives laid out in the RIA.
