American Life developed Home Plate Center, a two-building office campus adjacent to T-Mobile Park, home to the Seattle Mariners baseball team. After construction was completed, the building was fully tenanted by globally-recognized tech companies, the U.S. Government, King 5 (NBC) Studios, and other financial and technical organizations.

The property is conveniently situated at the intersection of the region’s major public transportation networks, including the I-90 and I-5 freeways, light rail, regional rail, ferry and bus systems. Home Plate Center is located at the nexus of the Pioneer Square Historical Area and the SoDo Industrial District. Due west from two professional sports stadiums, T-Mobile Park (home to the MLB Seattle Mariners) and Lumen Field (home to the NFL Seattle Seahawks and Seattle Sounders FC), it is also within walking distance of Starbucks World Headquarters and the Seattle Waterfront.
