American Life, Inc., in partnership with InterMountain Management, LLC, is developing a 128-room SpringHill Suites Marriott hotel in Lakewood, Washington. The hotel is located 45 minutes south of Seattle, Washington on Interstate 5, at the entry to Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), the fourth-largest military installation in the world and will cater to government contractors and military families working at or visiting the base.
