The EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (RIA) requires Regional Centers to undergo an audit from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) every five years. As one of the oldest operating Regional Centers in the country, American Life is one of the first Regional Centers to be selected for an audit. American Life’s Darrell Sanders will be sharing his first hand experience as part of JTC’s webinar series on Wednesday, July 10th from 12pm EST/ 9am PST. Darrell will be discussing what an audit entails, including the type of information USCIS is seeking, and the nature of site visits. American Life supports USCIS’s efforts to increase investor confidence in the EB-5 program by ensuring Regional Centers are professionally managed so that investors can trust that they are in good hands.
