In 1996, Henry founded American Life, Inc.—one of the first companies in the United States to employ the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program to finance real estate developments that stimulate job growth and revitalize economies.

Henry has more than 20 years of experience in real estate law and immigration law and more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate management and investment. He has served as Managing Partner of Coe Nordwall Liebman, LLC.  Henry also founded the Northwest International Bank and served as its first board chairman. In addition, Henry was the Founding Director of Invest in the USA (IIUSA), a non-profit industry trade association for the EB-5 Regional Center Program.

Henry earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Washington in 1973 and received his Juris Doctor degree from The University of Puget Sound in 1980. His experience in immigration law, finance, and real estate is both extensive and eclectic and provides value to its investors.

Henry is frequently invited to speak on business and immigration topics at organizations throughout the United States and abroad. Additionally, he authored The Immigration Handbook, which has been published in the U.S., Spain, and the United Kingdom. 

Henry resides in Seattle, Washington with his wife, Karen, where they cherish the time spent with their children and grandchildren. He finds solace in hiking and fishing, and often indulges in travel and adventures around the globe – Japan being one of his favorite destinations.
