The 624 Lander Building (formerly the Industrial Transfer Building) is a combination of a 3-story class-B office building and an adjoining large warehouse with shared loading docks located in Seattle’s SoDo neighborhood.
624 South Lander Limited Partnership master-leased the property from Industrial Properties, Inc. in 2000 and completed significant updates, dividing the building into individual flexible “suites” targeting smaller and short-term users. The property has become a vibrant commercial center with a mix of tenants that require flexible-use space close to the heart of the city of Seattle.
