Project Overview
The Gorlick Building is a mixed-use building located on 1st Ave. South in Seattle’s SoDo District. The building was acquired in 2005 and renovated by American Life shortly thereafter.
The Gorlick Building lies in the center of an emerging entertainment district which includes breweries, restaurants, entertainment venues and other retailers. The partnership also owns a paid parking lot on the west side of 1st Avenue South.
