Stadium Innovation Center

Project Overview

Stadium Innovation Center is a 6-story, LEED Gold-certified, flex office building located in the heart of Seattle’s Stadium District just south of historic Pioneer Square. This prime location offers tenants a mix of shops, restaurants, and entertainment, including Mariners baseball at T-Mobile Park, and Seahawks football and Sounders FC soccer at the nearby Lumen Field.

The property is also within walking distance of several boutiques and galleries, and minutes from the downtown Seattle retail and business core. The building sits two blocks from Seattle’s redeveloping waterfront and is strategically located at the intersection of the region’s major public transportation networks, including the I-90 and I-5 freeways, light rail, regional rail, ferry, and bus systems. Building amenities include a high-end lobby, fitness center, and picturesque views of downtown Seattle and the Puget Sound from decks on three floors.
