Project Overview

American Life purchased and redeveloped the historic Alaska Building in one of the most historic tourist districts in the United States. The hotel has sweeping views of downtown, the waterfront, sports stadiums, and Mount Rainier. With 262 guest-rooms and 4,600 square feet of meeting space across 15 floors, the property is consistently one of the best performing hotels in Downtown Seattle’s Pioneer Square neighborhood.

The hotel is near Seattle’s stadium and business districts and caters to both business and tourist travel, including Seattle’s robust cruiseship industry with seasonal sailings to Alaska.
