The Courtyard Marriott and Residence Inn at L.A. Live, is a state-of-the-art, contemporary, LEED Silver-certified hotel. It sits adjacent to Los Angeles’s L.A. Live District, which helps to create the substantial demand for the property. L.A. Live is a world-class entertainment district in downtown Los Angeles and includes major attractions, such as the Staples Center, the Nokia Theater, the Grammy Museum, Los Angeles Convention Center and numerous retail shops, theaters, restaurants and nightclubs. The co-branded hotel consists of 175 Courtyard by Marriott hotel rooms and 218 Residence Inn by Marriott rooms, providing extended stay accommodations with a kitchen and business office.
