American Life, Inc. is developing a 126-room Marriott Courtyard hotel in Lancaster, California. Located in the heart of the Antelope Valley just north of Los Angeles, this project benefits from a strong local economy driven by aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing.

Project Overview
The Courtyard by Marriott in Lancaster, California is located on an approximately 87,079 square foot parcel of real property and related development and entitlement rights, adjacent to two other completed American Life EB-5 hotels: Fairfield Inn & Suites and Towneplace Suites. It is also strategically located near Edwards Air Force Base and regional medical and retail developments.
The Partnership is now developing and constructing an approximately 72,000 square foot, 4-story hotel with 126 guest rooms, a bar and lounge, fitness center, grab & go marketplace, ample communal gathering space, and on-site parking. The hotel will be seamlessly connected to Marriott’s Bonvoy rewards program and has already established government rates. The hotel is franchised as a Courtyard by Marriott with day-to-day operations of the hotel managed by InterMountain Management, LLC, a long-time trusted management partner of American Life.
