Project Overview
Lancaster, California is roughly 60 miles north of Los Angeles in the Antelope Valley. The site is located within a commercial area of Lancaster with excellent visibility from Highway 14, the main thoroughfare in the area, and in close proximity to several major lodging demand generators. The City of Lancaster benefits from its location between major military and aerospace research facilities and Edwards Air Force Base.
The project involved the construction of an approximately 93-room hotel with surface parking, limited meeting space, a complimentary breakfast area, a fitness center, swimming pool, and brand standard amenities. The Partnership also developed a shopping center on an adjoining parcel which includes both restaurant and retail tenants.
